fine by me - let's do it by night and everybody bring a guy fawkes mask for the event this spring i thought it would cool to fix the entirety of stone soup to the summit and have a jug-party - would need a voluneteer or two the day before to set it up and ideally 2 more static lines...

skiing is shakespearan for me - a series of gut-laughs punctuated by drama ending in tragedy

[TR] Beasodden Rock - Jensen's Rectum (fa? III+, 5.8 C1) 1/16/2011

ole'dave could clamber up that heinous off-width but never had a sense of humor? "rectum" kinda made sense as the climb was tucked in between two cheeks, so, unusually for me, i wasn't being crude just to be crude... thank dog you didn't see my tr for "jensen's rimjob!" -
could drones be the key to finally beating the afeared blackberry bush the fuck back into place?!?

saw li'l rachael on bill maher last night - she must be making some lovely lesbian somewhere in this crazy, vicious world very, very happy

was hoping to see you today dave - right frosty n' drippy drippy round the beacon-wand

2/22 - day 6 - calm n' chilly - snow in the trenches of the north side - busted burritoes - bad black-ass coffee - a ringing crescendo of a half-baked hangover - siege tactics - lawn chair - hammering - beer(s) n' satan smoke - red rover red rover - calm at the end of day bryan hanging on the big-green-big-boi drippy drippy drippy crept back into the deeps of the glistening cave

let's just call each other whatever and roll w/ it, eh? fuck the line, since clearly no one 'round here (including you) feels like minding it anyhow i might be odd, but i've never told my friends how to act - easier to just move along when i couldn't support it - you get called names - you deserve it - you call other folks names - sure, i can see why, so go ahead, i'm sure they can take it w/o jumping off a bridge - why should words hurt? it's not like somebody w/ a baseball bat is caving your head in, eh? the clear rule 'round here, which i support whole-heartedly, is no threats (which tvash i can't recall has ever being guilty of) bottom line: you can't whine about name-calling if you engage in it too. this website, in it's enlightened blissedness, allows non-threatening name-calling, so embrace it or move along. perhaps i might transliterate rodney king: why can't everyone just be like me?

so....you can call someone an idiot but not a faggot, 'cuz that's like taking shit too far n' whatnot? you oughta etch some of these here moral standards of yours into some stone tablets to make it easier for us to understand the rules as for tvashie n' the fag-word, doesn't he get a few thousand mulligans when one of his hundred brothers lives in san frannie n' sells 10 foot long swan-headed double-dildos?

don't know if i told this one way back up thread, but it's short enough: years ago w/ this guy i'd recently met and seemed solid enough - drove all night from portland to get in position for a car to car on the east ridge of forbidden - we walked about 200 yards up the trail before he turned and said: "i think you've been reading too much mark twight" and promptly walked back to his car. following after him, asking excitedly what he was doing, he finally managed: "hey, let's just go climbing at broughton's today." would say that was a total bullshit loss, but i met the great joshk in the parking lot that morning and it was the start of a beauuuuutiful relationship- 98 replies

i imagine, if i lived in oklahoma, i'd welcome a rash of earthquakes, man-made or not, if only to break up the fucking monotony of...living in oklahoma and the okies can use a double-threat - the tornadoes have been dominating the disaster scene for far, far too long.

i'm digging the crapper perks at my school - 1 man at a time w/ a jet-engine exhaust system to give you a little slice of bliss for focusing on your chi better still is the janitor's hand-scrawled sign on the wall just outside the door: "do not eat or store trash in this hall"

molten lava is not a tauntaun's natural element cool for certain, but the imminent threat of earthquakes n' tsunamis seems far more skerry for the typical nor'wester

you might vote for emperors, i usually vote for presidents - i didn't much think that mitt was gonna be any better on this subject either, though perhaps you live in a fantasy world where you think otherwise? meanwhile, liberal groups like the aclu continue to be very active on this issue while your side is....is...doing what again (besides drooling to imagine what it'll do w/ the police state when it has it firmly under it's control again?)
