Just finished reading a really good book on hormonal enhancement thru diet.... definitely is causing me to rethink how I eat.
http://www.extique.com/
In summary it suggests cyclical carb loading 2 days/week, the other 5 days are low carb.
It also talks about exercise and advocates shorter but more intense workouts... similar to the www.crossfit.com approach. I'm giving this a try and will see how it works next season.
Click on the following link http://chris.pirillo.com/images/MountRainier.wmv to view some incredible video footage of the summit of Mt. Rainier. Boeing invited about 30 Web loggers plus a few journalists to try out its Connexion on-board Internet service. One of the bloggers took the video and also provided some narration as well. The video is about 3-1/2 minutes in length.
I know some folks who were planning on cathedral ridge today so I'm relieved to know it probably wasn't someone in their party. my condolences to the victims family and friends.
Hi All,
Firstly I apologize for posting this simple question, but I am not seeing it on the MRNP website. When do they stop leaving the gates open 24 hours? What are the shortened hours? In particular I will be going in through the Nisqually entrance in the next few weeks.
Thanks
Another thing about the Yates is that they pack closely together because of the L shape. 3 Yates will take up about the same space as a single T-shaped picket.
