ah yes, the good ol' Anal Sex joke. that one always keeps 'em coming back for more. you are a true asset. i gotta say though that i prefer your deep financial analysis to your humor.

Why wouldn't you? If you are looking to make money, that's the best way. If you wish to understand the market, you must participate in it. If you are a dilettante your returns will be better couple to fate than your own effort. I can, and have, argued about anything under the sun. Your comment shows you are either a dumb cunt (my vote because you think someone who's made a bunch of money is a great investor - cure Nick Leeson) or a shit stirrer (when I'm sober and generous) i guess you'd be drunk now? that's certainly what the level of your comments suggest (since they are off-point and full of pent-up anger....) but anyways, carry on, and keep plumbing the depths!

man, you sound bitter! sorry 'bout that, bro.... you seem to confuse a conversation about a topic as seeking "advice"; why is this? i'm also interested in why this topic has heated you up so? you seem to also think that someone who is "good" at investing is somehow obligated to "go full time". strange. investing is of interest to me. i like talking about it. there are plenty of others who like talking about it, and have made millions; the two aren't mutually exclusive, as you seem to think.... anyways, keep the deep insights coming!

haven't they saturated the market already? what are you seeing here?

so in other words, take her somewhere where they sell this shoe so she can try it on.
-
it's hard to generalize according to what size street shoe you wear. you have to try them on. and my experience has been that 5.10 doesn't stretch out a lot (maybe some models stretch more than the ones i have worn?) i would definitely not buy a noob female climber shoes that are not comfortable out of the box. a little sloppy but comfortable is way better than tight uncomfortable yet precise. plus, she can always wear socks if and when they stretch to that point. plus(!), if she gets really into it, she'll wanna probly size down herself for the added performance (DONT FORCE THIS PART ON HER!)

interesting analysis. time will tell how well our competing outlooks hold up. now for the part where you offer your own insights into where to move money.... (btw, i wasn't offering advice, only musing on ideas. heaven forbid if you should follow any investment advice from me!)

Anyone have ideas on good returns? I'm personally favoring the financial sector. I think in the next few years, the well positioned bigs will make a huge comeback, especially citibank (triple returns in two to three years?). real estate is flat, but there'll be big opportunities as we approach the bottom of the curve in the next couple of (years? months? hmmmmm....) energy sector? new energies, small start-ups, green, etc, with decent returns with the big guys? then there's always the small caps or start-ups that have a great idea that's ready to blossom.... any thoughts?
-
i'm betting on the stronger financial companies (citibank especially), with a three year window. I'll wager that citibank will triple in the next 3 years. I can't see those types of returns from precious metals, or any commodities, without much personal time involvement....

seriously pathetic. little huey, booby boy, fairyweather. seriously, take this elsewhere. it sounds like you guys need to set up a time to meet and settle this either with a good jizz milking, or a manly duel, with fists and things, cuz this shit is getting old. at least start your own fucking thread.

i'm lame, i admit it! yeah i agree that on a relative level, the things we are interested in, the things we do, are sources of connection etc, and on a certain level says to others something about us, but i don't think these are the things we "are". i tend to think these are the things we "do". i guess i tend to think that there is something more or other to us than simply our actions. there's an a priori potential, energy, creative life force, that then expresses itself in the various capacities particular to the proclivities of the individual (oh good lord this sounds wordy). so before particularization if you will, there is simply the energy of unexpressed consciousness and awareness. it's beyond and before any "activity" or expression of interest or drive or etc.

please honor the sanctity of the ping pong thread and take your incessant drivel elsewhere, like a hotel room perhaps. most community centers have good ping pong tables. ballard on 24th and 70th. green lake cc. van asselt in south seattle. if you wanna get 5.14 ping pong, go to 8th and dearborn tuesdays and wednesdays to the community center there. yikes!

so you aren't what you do, you aren't what you write, you are just .... you. how very bonghit bullshit metaphysical. and you are....anger? what happens when you aren't angry anymore? are you still anger? what happens when you aren't writing? how can you be a writer, or a doctor, or anything when you aren't doing that thing? why carry around some concept when the concept doesn't even apply to the current reality? THIS sounds a bit more metaphysical than does the actuality of living in the moment, as things are. the difference is that it is our cultural predilection to label everything, and then associate the label with reality.
-
did you write that? nice.

i think it is at this stage that it becomes important for one to explicitly state what one means with the somewhat vague term "identity". my job does not in any way "define" me, except for the fact that i do for money something that suits my previously existent energies/proclivities. i feel lucky in this way. i could also see how one would start to define oneself according to one's activities, but i've always rejected this. am i a "climber"? no; i'm a "climber", definitionally, only while engaged in the activity of climbing. whenever someone asks me if i'm a climber, i tend to say "no, but i do climb on occasion." just another angle....
-
actually i could see that working, if one mellowed one's grip on their identity.

silly boy. The game has its origins in England as an after-dinner amusement for upper-class Victorians in the 1880s. Mimicking the game of tennis in an indoor environment, everyday objects were originally enlisted to act as the equipment. A line of books would be the net, a rounded top of a Champagne cork or knot of string as the ball, and a cigar box lid as the racket." here, read more.

be in this world, but not of this world.

this question i cannot answer for you, but i have given you the path for discovering the answer for yourself, my little one. remember: it rhymes with fzzzzzzzzzzzz.
-
the time you spend comparing your penis size to Booby Boy's could be much more productively spent learning the subtle art form of a game such as ping pong.
-
can one live without an identity?
-
often anymore for me it's "ya wanna go climbing? nah playing ping pong!"
