Carolyn, sucks to hear about your pain. I have had problems with my back as well. I have found Yoga to be a great help. I would STRONGLY recomend taking classes for a while, you can realy hurt yourself if you don't know what your doing. It may a while to find the right instructor so don't give if you don't like the first class. There are several different kinds of Yoga so talk to them first so they can point you in the right direction. Also go to a masage supply store and check out there selection of back self masage tools. If you can't find anything in your area get hold of me when your in town and I can tell you where to go. Also those giant balls are nice as whell as cylenders of hard foam. Found this on another site. ClearChannel Communications seems to have a corporate policy of inciting violence against cyclists. A talk show on one of their stations in Cleveland was promoting the idea of running cyclists off the road, throwing cans and bottles at groups of cyclists, etc. The parent company apologized and made some donations to local cycling groups. Then the same type of anti-cycling hate radio was aired on one of their stations in Houston. Again, ClearChannel apologized. Nonetheless, a Raleigh, NC ClearChannel station recently launched an attack of their own on cyclists (click http://www.trianglemtb.com/#g105sucks). Somehow, this seems like more than coincidence. I have sent a letter to the president of ClearChannel (MarkPMays@c...) letting him know that I intend to stay away from their local stations and their advertisers. In the Seattle area, their stations include KFNK, KHHO, KJR, and KUBE. I encourage you to let them know your feelings on this subject and spread the word. sCREW COMERCIAL RADIO, ALL THE STATIONS SUCK, LISTEN AND SUPPORT PUBLIC RADIO.

Looking for pictures taken during construction and of the finished product. I would like some pics to help people see what an outdoor climbing wall could look like. Also would like pics of other outdoor climbing structures. The city is provding space under I5 in the new park to be built there in the Eastake area. They are not providing any $$$ for this so we are looking for help with design and $$$. If anyone out there was involved in the building or knows who was please PM me. I would like to talk to them.

I saw: Chico Hamilton, Blind Boys of Alabama, Hassan Hakmoun, Samba drumming and dancing and West African drumming and dancing. Lots of skin: the hot, the fat and the ugly. Well worth the $20 to get in. Chico- verry nice. Blind boys- never seen old men rock so hard! Hassan- Danced like crazy, well as much as my legs could stand after the mornings mt bike ride. What did you see?
