Revolution almost always flows from a disaffected rural populace into the urban, and it seems to me it's the city dwellers that are the most restless these days - not the countryside. Small arms are not an effective tool against the bureaucracy. Your licences - professional and otherwise will be null and void. Your SS#, credit cards, will be shut down. Your accounts seized.
