Again I ask: what do you think are Microsoft's transgressions? I already know what the EU courts think. MS has already resolved the US issues. I'm asking you to think beyond what you read in the NYTimes.
-
Agressive? I know there are some (clearing throat noise) who just hate aggressive.
-
You brought up "unfair" business practices. I'm just suggesting you elaborate. What do you consider so unfair? Is it simply their success? Is it that classic liberal/socialist desire for equal outcomes?

A right-wing conspiracy, Matt? Could be that it's actually a superior product that attempts to adapt to a changing world and constant technological hardware improvements? It would be nice if the complete upgrades were free, but someone has to pay those code writers, shareholders, etc. If someone is unhappy with MS products, there are still completely viable alternatives like the one you mentioned. Imagine a world where everyone was still using Windows 3.1...or DOS. Things change, and I like MS products despite a moderately frustrating learning curve.

I honestly don't know. I*'m just sayin... I gotta go to bed. Mailbox and Granite double @8am. TBC

Bellingham. Probably the whitest city in the entire state. A great place from which to preach your collectivist message and push for social reform. What a dick.
-
Yes, I have. But I'm not talking about friendly, I'm talking about what I believe is the grossly erroneous notion Seattle is culturally superior to any other place in this country. The city is little more than white condescension, subconscious racism, and a dash of wealth-guilt, all packaged in Subaru and Volvo station wagons.
-
Gotta disagree. Washingtonians--and Seattleites in particular--have a reputation for twofacedness when it comes to race (yes, I do believe that's a word). I could be wrong, but I'll just bet minority citizens prefer the open racism of the heartland to the subsurface racism and smug white arrogance of Seattle. Exactly what is the racial makeup and wealth distribution in this culturally superior city you speak of?

...and you, Nobrain13, and Proly would have been right here whining about those poor German boys who just wanted to lay down their rifles...and all the collateral damage done to the magnificent French countryside. No doubt our naval shelling and use of flamethrowers would have raised howls of blood on our hands from the likes of you, and Prole would be questioning the motivation of our soldiers doing the bidding of evil multinational corporations like Ford. The summary executions of German POW's with empty magazines would have you, no doubt, renouncing your US citizenship.

the brown shirt, jackboots and stiff leg marching always helps with the self esteem Thanks for that glimpse inside your basement/psyche. I think I'll wash now.

Ahh, yes. Another member of the leftist pussy ankle-grabber cadre chimes in. Bravo.

Prole, you've got some serious issues, man. You've demonstrated why civil engagement with your type is utterly pointless. Scott H has opened up and presented you with opportunities to engage and learn --to participate in that whole open mind principle you lefties are always chest-beating about. You've passed up this opportunity to, basically, spit on a vet. You're just as smug, arrogant, and intellectually dishonest as FearandGreed.

Kawasaki KLR?

As long as you can comfortably and reliably get your toe beneath the lever, you should be ok. But take a look at recent accident stats. Amazingly, they show folks who've taken rider safety certification actually have a higher accident/injury/fatality rate than non-participants. My guess is that this is because the training is on 250cc bikes. I wish the state would go back to a tiered/weight class system. Be careful--riding is a lot more dangerous than climbing.

Seattle dipshits.

Tony Resco. Don't bother with that one, Scott. Keith Obermann and NPR haven't instructed govteat lefties to think that yet. Nothing to see here...move along...

I did notice her teeth looked well-flossed. Hope you're not bleedin'.

Not supporting NEA/WEA does not equate to "not supporting education". The fact that many of your liberal friends opt out of a system they deem fit for the children of others speaks volumes. I think you just made the Republican case for vouchers. Some numbers would be nice. More than just anecdote, maybe? I suspect that EPA's budget has grown just like the rest of the government under Bush. i could be wrong. Maybe it's flat? In any event, it hasn't been "gutted". I guess I don't understand. Twenty five years ago Reagan was in office, and he certainly did not support handgun restrictions. Besides; I thought you said you supported the constitution. Huh?? BTW: One hundred fifty years ago Democrats supported slavery. How far back shall we go? Because of the Good Faith and Credit clause in the US constitution. Again; I disagree. Union Democrat workers seem to make this a big issue each election. Most Republicans I know support LEGAL immigration wholeheartedly. Reagan signed off on amnesty for illegals, for God's sake. Hard right? You bring this one up regularly--but never seem to have facts. The "secret searches" you allude to are not done without warrant. Now; let's see...in Bill Clinton's first 100 days he tried to nationalize/socialize 17% of the nation's GDP and made gays in the military his second priority. Hard left, I'd say. Cost him congress in 1994 too. No response Matt? I'll go ahead and put this one in Fairweather's "win" column.

Where's your buddy Tvash? Your uvula must be gettin' lonely.

Hey Prole--at least Treetoad is willing to admit he's an America-hating commie fuck. Why don't you step up, ya little Bellingham cunt?
-
Someone should kick your face in.

...this coming from the only self-professed communist on this website? Gimme a break, Toad. France - Sarkozy Germany - Merkel Italy - Burlesconi (he's back!) Canada - Harper The civilized world is moving away from the collectivist utopia you dream of. Single-minded ignorance? Look in the mirror. And pull that bong out of your bung, tool.

Going down for half an hour? Now that's love.
