Oh and Easy ridge is one of the best areas I have ever been to. It really is easy because there is a big ass trail the whole way up the ridge and once on the ridge the hike is about as good as it gets. Climbing Challenger via easy ridge reqires zero bushwacking and is very enjoyable.

So you made a claim to get some fucking windows replaced and the insurance company then jacked up your rate so you really ended up paying for the fucking window any way. Even if they did not jack your rate if you have real claim in the next two years they they will drop you and you will be fucked. Apparently you have beat out the insurance agents on the dumb scale Trask.

Both of the insurance agents I worked with seemed really fucking dumb. Maybe they are trained to act dumb. After getting hit by the car the Gieco adjuster and I had a 45 minute conversation about why the accident was infact 100% their clients fault and not 85% their fault. Their were points during this conversation where I simply burst out laughing because what the guy was saying was so fucking stupid. After about two weeks I finally got it in writing that it was in fact 100% their clients fault.

I have had several dealings with insurance companies and not had too much problem. I did not hire lawyers mostly because in my experience the type of lawyers who will do this type of work are worse to deal with than the insurance agent. What I found was that insurance adjusters have their job because they are stupid. In addition they are trained to be assholes. Lawyers who work in this industry are not quite as stupid and are also assholes. It is easier to deal with a stupid asshole than a not so stupid asshole. Insurance adjusters seem to want one thing: To get your claim off of their desk as quickly as possible. When I got hit by a car on my bike I simply created a list of exactly how many hours I was not able to do the things I wanted: most notably climbing. So after 7 months I had a list of hours that the accident had caused me to loose of my life. I then put a dollar value to these hours (My work salary at the time), and told the insurance company that is what I wanted a check for. At first they laughed. So evey time they called me to try and get me to sign their settlement paper I hung up on the insurance agent when he offered less. After about 8 months of dealing with this shmuck he called one day and says " I managed to work something out for you." And then he offered exactly what I asked for. I got the check later that day and also wrote in to the settlement that I would have paid dr visits for any future elbow tendonitis that resulted from my accident.

I dont always choose to wear one, and that is my choice. I dont really think there should be any laws that protect a person from hurting themselves. Laws to stop people from hurting others are a good idea, but simply to protect us from ourselves is stupid. I wear a helmet on group rides, and much of the time when I am on the roads of Seattle. When I am on the BG early in the morning on my way to work and there is no one else there I usually just wear my wool hat. There is no reason for the cops to give me a ticket for that.

Then I will say it for you. Fuck the Pigs. That is the biggest crock of shit I have heard in a long time. Giving a bike a ticket for not wearing their helmut on a fucking bike path is retarded.

Climbed this on Saturday and I would not say that the wet spots on the route are a major problem. There are a couple of wet spots but they are not that bad. The first comes in the 5.9 offwidth secton after it eases and the wet area can be climbed around to the left on 5.7 face holds. The wet spots out of the belay are definatly in an area that is run out but is once again located on easy 5.7 ground and only about 6 feet long. One thing all should be aware of is that the huge rock horn that is located on the 5.9 pitch is loose. When I pulled on this the whole block moved.

So several weeks ago I just about killed my neighbors cat with a hockey puck at about 6 am because it was fighting outside my window. Since that wonderfull day when I acctually hit the cat with a solid object, the cat has been using my yard to have battle royal with all the other cats in the neighborhood almost every morning... BETWEEN 5 and 6 AM!!!!! So I now have a stack of solid objects (mostly hockey pucks) on my window sill and throw them every morning. Does anyone have any less violent ways to get rid of cats? I have thought about rat poison, air rifle, Paint ball gun, dart gun, cat trap etc. Any one else ever had to deal with this? Oh and I dont know who the cat that does most of the fighting belongs to or I would have talked to the owner.

According to my roommate (the one whos car the ticket was placed on) his fighting it in court may get the ticket thrown out, but would also get him his ass handed to him by the federal magistrate. He is a lawyer. According to him judges dont appreciate lawyers who waste court time getting things such a parking tickets thrown out. Then again my roommate is a lazy fuck, and if it means paying $50 or going to court, he would rather pay the $50.

Thanks for the info so far, but let me add some info and questions. - The ticket looks much more official than ones I have got in the past. Includes phone number to get court date for federal magistrate. Does this mean that just ignoring the ticket will cause it to double and then fuck me more in the long run? - Will sending in a check for "No dollars" (the amount of the fine) piss these people off more and cause them to fuck me by making me fight it by standing up in front of a magistrate?

Any one know what the fine is for not having a NW forest pass at Stuart lake trail head? The fuck wad who put it on the car neglegted to fill out how much the fucking thing would cost. Does that mean that the ticket is void and does not need to be paid because it was filled out incorrectly?

So I have now managed to log in as other people on more than one occasion after rebooting my machine. Why is this happening? I am assuming it has something to do with the fact they probably work at the same place I do and when I reboot I get an IP address they they have used at one time or another and I am auotmatically logged on. Is this correct?
