  1. Follw a Viagra salesman around. Customers always "got wood".
  2. But is there anywhere where lawyers are PROHIBITED from becoming judges?
  3. Not if you make ghetto borscht.... One bottle ketchup, one kettle hot water, as many free crackers as your pockets will hold.
  4. At least she's a lawyer. Theoretically any lawyer can become a judge, right?
  5. Why would they sell them for next to nothing to you when they can sell them for a profit elsewhere? What you really want is a processing business that will give you, say, the 1/4" ends they mill off a 2x4 when they make cabinets.
  6. That is is a logical assumption considering neither of us were there. If you weren't there, it seems kind of presumptious to say that someone else wasn't there when you can't verify it personally.
  7. It is my job to know these things.
  8. Bill patented the automatic sheep with lifelike moving part?!?!?

  10. a mountain is a member of a range. a group of ranges is "ranges" a group of ranges is "mountains" all the "mountains" are the "cordillera" For instance Coquihalla Mountain is in the Bedded Range in the Hozameen [we spell it with an A] Ranges of the Cascade Mountains which are part of the Pacific Cordillera. Sky Pilot Mountain is in the Brittania Range of the Pacific Ranges of the Coast Mountains of the Pacific Cordillera. Not all mountains are a member of a named Range but all are in some Ranges of some Mountains.
  11. Me too. I bet catbirdseat didn't see me again this year.
  12. If anyone cares, the Stawamus Chief isn't "the second largest granite monolith" either
  13. But don't you think it's funny how the original guy probably expected a bunch of postings like "Oh my god you've only top roped on th'East Coast WTF are you doing planning on climbing winter routes out here" and no one cares?
  14. In fact, they are NOT a range. They are a grouping of Ranges. The proper term for a grouping of ranges, using the Canadian conventions, is "Mountains". They are in fact two terms up the heirarchy from a "range".
  15. Mike - Just go to Grocery Outlet and buy all the dented cans. If you mix two of them together every night you'll never be short of variety!
  16. You ever hear anyone call the mountains on the BC-Alberta the "Rocky Range"? Nope.
  17. There is no "Coast Range" in BC.
  18. How bad did it rain?
  19. Also, if Reunion is France, is Guam America?
  20. Snopes Forum can't decide if this story is a hoax or not. Many state that the hook has been photoshopped onto the dog (note lack of blood)
  21. Man, Beckey told me there were 6 routes on this face... I bet it was a scam cause he wanted to go to the Bugs. Oh well, see what the new guidebook says I guess.
  22. I'd rather climb in a rain of falling water than a rain of broken holds and trundled crap.
