stevetimetravlr Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 She appears to have a dead animal carcass on her head. Very Skagy. Quote
dberdinka Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Saw this Woman of the Skag in the local news Quote
JasonG Posted December 14, 2015 Author Posted December 14, 2015 Well, I guess Miss January arrived a little bit early. Merry Christmas everyone! Quote
sepultura Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 Miss January is cool and all, in her big city way. But I know Miss December has my back if I gotta fight my way out of an up river bar. Quote
shapp Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 (edited) Where on earth did you find the orange camo Hunter, my favorite Owyhee trip beverage! Edited December 15, 2015 by shapp Quote
JasonG Posted December 15, 2015 Author Posted December 15, 2015 A couple of our boys picked that up in Alaska, Valdez if I remember right. I heard reports of a "shrine" to the Hunter. Alaska is obviously the promised land. Quote
Bronco Posted December 15, 2015 Posted December 15, 2015 Nice! What kind of animal is that on her head? Looks like fox fur but the ears and face look more like a marmot or something similar. Quote
JasonG Posted December 15, 2015 Author Posted December 15, 2015 It is a fox, just a bit shrunken around the face. Scott picked the hat up in AK over 25 years ago and happened to pack it along this past weekend. I laughed really hard when he pulled it out of his pack along with the Hunter! Never a dull moment with the Skag crew. Quote
Bronco Posted December 16, 2015 Posted December 16, 2015 That makes sense. It's pretty warm looking, probably would've fought over it if forced to bivy. Quote
