Rad Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Anyone know if this closure is likely to be lifted before the 31st or who I can contact to find out updates? Thx Rad Quote
jmace Posted July 5, 2012 Author Posted July 5, 2012 Last year it was the 15th. If it gets lifted it will be posted here. There are other worthy routes to do though that get you up there. Like Millenium Falcon to either the grande finale or MF upper or Black Dyke Quote
jmace Posted July 16, 2012 Author Posted July 16, 2012 Apparently the baby is flapping its wings...another week or so..maybe two Quote
jmace Posted July 15, 2013 Author Posted July 15, 2013 Closure is in effect for the Sherrifs Badge, including Borderline. moderators feel free to change title of the main post Quote
wbk Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 just realized these closures are for 2013. I'm having a hard time finding 2015 closures. anyone know where these are posted? specifically, is grand wall and/or freeway closed? Quote
G-spotter Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 BC parks just announced some closures today. The rock scaling is done and they were gonna reopen angels Crest, but it has peregrines nesting on p4 and 5 and is now officially closed til nesting season ends. Quote
glassgowkiss Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) And some a-holes were on the Crest last afternoon (6/21). Edited June 22, 2015 by glassgowkiss Quote
G-spotter Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 You may be able to climb Borderline or Sherrif's Badge routes and traverse onto Crest to finish, above the lower pitches where the nest is? Not sure. Quote
