Ugh, god you're such a homer. Of course I'm against the expansion of the national security state. I think I even mentioned it when I asked you how you're personally being oppressed. The point is that, A. "small govt conservatives and faux-libertarians love this kind of shit, go figure. B. The fact that the State is way out of line in this regard doesn't mean that increasing numbers of marginalized Americans couldn't use a lot more government in their lives.
