John Frieh Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 This is for a rental, so inexpensive is good. Not if you have to replace it ever couple of years. Certain rental upgrades are tax deductible anyways so spending a little more only means more of a write off and less personal time investment down the road Quote

John Frieh Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Angie's list is a good place to start. Get a few bids and dont hesitate to negotiate. Offer to remove the carpet and haul away any trash to see if you can get a lower bid. Quote
