Rodchester
Actually those are cool old crampons to put on the wall with the wooden ice axe...but I think they are just a little older than the Eiger Sanction movie. Lets call clint and see if they are really his.
Dwayner
Clint wore a pair of the original Chouinard rigids. Look at the dang poster; watch the film.
freeclimb9
Forget the spikes, look at that gorgeous carpet!
hasbeen
And while you are watching the film, look for the scene where Clint/Hemlock is frontpointing up an ice slope. Watch it in slow motion and I think you will see something interesting. Anybody know? Dwayner?

One of the best parts of the movie involves ice work, during the retreat when Andrel and Jonathan fall/pendulum across an ice face. When they come to rest, Andrel says something to the effect, "In the future, I would appreciate it if you would not ride me down the mountain like a sled!"
