The International Maritime Bureau, which tracks piracy, said in its annual report earlier this year that global pirate attacks rose 10 percent in 2007, marking the first increase in three years.

 

This means we should see a decrease in global warming, right?

It's nice to see employment increasing in some sectors.
Think of all the trickle down economic benefits too. Eye patch makers, wooden leg companies and mail order hook arms are seeing incredible gains... not to mention the rum companies.
