They bought the brand from Conrad Anker who bought it from North Face who bought it from Middendorf. Or something like that. $250 gets you a brand new one. tomtom Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 What Black Diamond sells for a double is the old Cliff Cabana, which is much bigger than the original A5 Alpine Double. Conrad was selling a bunch of portaldge stock on eBay over the past year, and the only Alpine double fly was the TegralTex Expedition Fly.
