flashclimber Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Looks like she's ready to escape the cage. Check out those white knuckles. Quote

Sherri Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 Wait til she dynos outta that thing and steals the car keys. Quote
minx Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 trouble is at that age they steal the car keys and put them in the VCR or some other place you'll never find them, leaving you trapped at home, panicked, and swearing. pretty much what i think its going to be like when my son starts driving. Bug Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 When Olivia was 1.5, I caught her doing a hand traverse on the mantle from her slide. She was after her big brother's hand-made mask that he was loath to let her touch. She was not to be denied for long. Quote
Sherri Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 I would n0t recommend posting pics of your kids on the internet. There are too many weirdos out there. Ironic Post of the Day Award? Weirdos? What weirdos? Quote
high_on_rock Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 Ha!! Sherri, you kill me with understatement sometimes. That was cute. e Quote
ken4ord Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 Ha that is awesome. Simone at almost 1.5 hangs out by my climbing wall and grabs the climbing holds, but because of the height difference she can't reach the next set of holds. So she tries to heel hook onto the other starter holds, it so funny. Because she has shown an interest so early I decided to start building her own wall, with wood holds and closer together. Quote
trussed Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 aww how adorable! ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Make sure you know your rock climbing basics and the right rock climbing gear. Quote
archenemy Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 The sheer joy on that kid's face makes me smile! Quote
adamsbud Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 This is by far one of the truly funniest posts I've seen on here. Us parents need to dream ey? Quote

What weirdos? Obviously you are not of suphicient brain powers to acknowledge the reality of modern times. Perhaps you should just listen to your elders. Can't you just take the ribbing from Sherri in stride and admit you're being a bit dramatic and pessimistic. That's one cute kid with a great smile! Quote

Explain to us, oh wise elder, just what sort of danger this guy puts his infant in by posting a picture on the web that, presumably does not even look like his kid two weeks later. At that age their appearances morph pretty dramatically, pretty quickly. Additionally, there's no other personal identification or identifiers in his post. Quote
