billcoe Posted January 17, 2008 Posted January 17, 2008 Link to Moofs post I wanted to toss this out there for any one looking at Fish Products Russian Aid trees, but unable to get the cuffs. I got a pair recently and they look great. Can't wait to do some aiding in them as they are purportedly better and easier for steep aid. This is the kind of thing you need to strike while the iron is hot, as Sean may figure that it's not worth the trouble, or he gets busy with something else tomorrow. Quote
Argus Posted January 17, 2008 Posted January 17, 2008 I bought a pair of these and am thoroughly impressed. Sean was incredibly quick about getting them out as well. Now I just need to get out and give them a ride. Quote
ivan Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 saw'em last week - look very stylish - i especially like the assortment of animal skins available... Quote
Moof Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Howdy all. Just be warned that the novelty is rapidly wearing off, so pretty much once the weather starts getting decent I'm gonna stop making them till at least next winter. I posted full instructions, with pictures over on bigwalls.com as well. So if you have a burly sewing machine and have half a clue what you are doing you can readily make these yourself. Open source russian aiders on bigwalls.com I'm also working on some open source instructions for some aid trees (which I DO NOT SELL). Quote
JosephH Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Well, then, I'll just take a set how ever you've been making them... Quote
