And they may be allowing people to have a goat? I may need to get one of those.

Crows are the more viable choice for urban poultry. No limit, they're happy with the contents of your garbage can supplimented by the occasional cigarette butt, and cats are no match for them. Sure, the eggs are a bit smaller...
