Scrambles in Alpine Lakes for non-climbers?

A work friend of mine, with some scrambling experience but no technical rock experience, and I are going to be doing a weekend in either the Enchantments (if we win the lottery) or Ingalls lake area. We're looking for a fun peak scramble. Some snow is fine, just no technical rock or glacier walking where you would rope up. I'm a fairly experienced climber and fit, he is also fit. Recommendations are appreciated! We're currently considering

-Little Annapurna

-Cascadian Couloir, Stuart (I want to scope this as a descent route for future Stuart climbs)

Thanks for any input!

Jared...Colchuck is a great scramble, but I think the "glacier" is solid ice right now. There is also scramble route on Dragontail, and although I've only ever done it early season, I think you can avoid snow with a little extra walking....If not I think you could manage with Aluminum crampons.

Little Annapurna is a straightfoward hike with nice views. There are other peaks that can be scrambled up in the Enchantments and just getting to the base of Prusik would be rewarding.

Cascadian Couloir on Stuart after the snow melts (i.e. now) would be a mind numbing slog and not recommended I would think.

If you decide on a different area, for hiking with a little spice and nice views try Mt. Pugh (Darrington) or Mt. David (Lk Wenatchee). For a scramble on this side, maybe try Del Campo or go to a bookstore and peruse that scrambles in the Cascades book. Have fun and don't epic trying to get your friend up something that is too much.

Dragontail is accessible without snow work if you access it from near Little Annapurna and cross below the ridge crest to the south all the way to the base of the east side of Dragontail. This puts you in the col at the top of the snow. From there it is a scramble/hike.
