But anything with red on the bottom makes me swoon.

I think a good spanking will make you red on the bottom. ;)

Not the right thing to say to a Dom.

Keep trying. Take your whole life if you need.

:lmao::tup: i love how people assume women are subs.

i prefer vanilla ice cream but i take my lovers rocky road.

Who said anything about dom or sub? It was just a reference to being red on the bottom. Someone else started reading this dom n' sub stuff into it.

Someone said something about being red on the bottom, so I made a joke about spanking... All of a sudden, I believe that all women are subs? WTF??? I never understand the logic on this board...

Hey I've got spotty internet for a couple weeks, but Catbird's post are pretty reactionary and not really based on realistic situations. Don't listen to him, he's not any sort of expert.

Everything depends on the situation. Yes, if you have plantar facisitis and a calcaneus fracture, you probably should be going barefoot. You also probably shouldn't be running. And if you were a caveman/woman...you'd have been eaten by now with your lame feet. Seriously, apply real life scenarios and think of practical solutions before you give out advice.

Muffy, I haven't completely read your foot case, and I think it would take more than what you've written. Go with your doctor's advice for now. Is he a podiatrist? If not, then go see one of those and tell him you must be active.

it just sunk in about 20 minutes ago, that the doc i saw today has forbade me from climbing for the foreseeable future. i can't hike with a pack, i can't hike far. just moderate walking. i can bike and swim all i want. i think i really am going to have to learn to aid, or i will go insane.

Well my Dr. told me no climbing due to being a parent. Lame isnt it?

Who is dumber, him for prescribing that or you for believing it?

thats bull shit. i didn't even start climbing until both my kids were born. you might put some thought in to the level of risk you are willing to take now that you have a little one... but be consciouses about it.

give me a few years to finish grad school and I'll be your foot specialist! I'll say "you know, Ms. Muffy, you really should take care of those tootsies, fight clubs are hard on your health" you'll say "yeah but, I like kicken asses" I'll say "just plantar flex more and invert less on your kicks"

OK I'm losing it........
