My wife recently traveled to Wisconsin. She asked me what I wanted her to bring back. I said simply, "cheese." She brought back a white cheddar with cranberries in it. Took me a week of thinking about it plus some hunger before I could try it out, which was about 45 minutes ago.

 

It's actually pretty good.
