Duchess Posted September 21, 2006 Share Posted September 21, 2006 Okay - I really cannot believe that Enumclaw and Eatonville are drawing more votes than Kapowsin or Carbonado. Eatonville has flower baskets, for christ's sake! What appears to be the main source of entertainment in Kapowsin and Carbonado is to abandon old vehicles (often mobile meth labs) on the side of the highway, then over the course of a week slowly demolish them, culminating in a midnight-torching. (Of course, the cops won't touch these things in order to have them towed. So they sit for weeks, sometimes months, along the shoulder.) The commuters have got poor ol' bubba on the run. I'll bet there's some friction at the local high school between the locals and the newcomers.
