foraker Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 Good price ($416.95) on La Sportiva Nuptse's in sizes: 38, 38.5, 39, 40.5, 41.5, 43.5 (missed my size at 42.5 ) Sale on through 1/20 http://www.zappos.com/n/p/dp/3241512/c/419.html Quote
Alpinfox Posted January 16, 2006 Author Posted January 16, 2006 Good price ($416.95) on La Sportiva Nuptse's in sizes: 38, 38.5, 39, 40.5, 41.5, 43.5 (missed my size at 42.5 ) Sale on through 1/20 http://www.zappos.com/n/p/dp/3241512/c/419.html First of all, their price is showing up as $518.95, not 416.95. But more importantly, they offer a 110% pricematching policy and MOOSEJAW is selling the Nuptses for $360.50 (although they only have one size available). That would make the boots $344. If you are interested in these boots, you could probably use that pricematch policy to find a good deal. Zappos has the Trango extremes for $364, Sierra Trading Post has them for $215. With pricematch, you should be able to get them from Zappos for $200 with free shipping. Quote
foraker Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 (edited) That's odd. The price was different the other day. Apropos price-matching, good idea but since Zappos says 'there will be no more inventory once this sells out', I think I'm SOL since they don't have my size (42.5). Others may have more luck. fenderfour Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 I just picked up an entire set of 11 DMM cams from Gearexpress for $393. (6 x 3CU's, 5 x 4CU's) I'm pretty sure these are the old models, but they still kick ass. The tricky bit is that you have to play with their subsets and buying singles to work out this deal. If you just buy the set, you will spend way more. Quote
