marylou Posted November 1, 2005 Posted November 1, 2005 This has been recommended to me as a good way to replace electrolytes without consuming a lot of sugar. Between my outdoor exploits and my work, which is physically demanding, I find myself needing more than water these days. Does anyone know of a good cheap source for the stuff? Costco? Perhaps a nutrition shop or maybe a place that has it in bulk? I'd prefer the kind with the glucosamine/chondroitin supplement, but will be happy with the regular kind if that's all I can find at a good price. Quote
Alpinfox Posted November 1, 2005 Posted November 1, 2005 Trader Joe's. $8. I like the Tangerine flavor. p.s. I don't think my trader joe's carries the glucosamine/chondroitin variety though. Quote
sexual_chocolate Posted November 1, 2005 Posted November 1, 2005 Probly since pcc sells emergenc lite for $9 with MSM, 36 packets. Quote
Alpinfox Posted November 1, 2005 Posted November 1, 2005 Is that $8 for 36? I think so. It's for a box. I don't know how many are in a box. 36 sounds right. Quote
