bunglehead Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 Bush is a fucking asshole. Yeah, I hear people bitching about the local democratic-affiliated officials having some of the blame, but that in no way lets his fucking ass off the hook. The whole way he's handled the response is sickening. From his imperialist flyover on his way back from vacation to his idiotic comments about looters, and his incredibly poorly timed comments about how he's looking forward to sitting on the porch of Tom DeLay's new house all reek of somebody who has never had to work a day in his life (or connect wih real people that have to work for a living). He fucking blows. He lied to us about Iraq, Osama's still free (if he's alive), and we've got corpses of people still floating in the flooded streets down south. Even our pussy whipped media got in there before any meaningful response could be started. How the fuck does that work? The state our country is in right now is very hard to get my brain around. Partisan bickering has reduced most people to finger pointing and inaction. It's fucking disgusting. Bush and all his mean spirited hate mongers need to go. Then to put a cherry on all of it, his mom made those tasteless comments about people in the Astrodome: "It's working very well for them" You know it's bad when you see fucking PAUL SIMON administering assistance at the N.O. airport. That's gotta be one of the signs of the apocalypse. Sickening. Back to your scheduled juvenile sprayfest. Quote

jkeller Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 EXPERTS CALL BUSH PRESIDENCY WORST DISASTER IN NATION’S HISTORY Cost of Damage Estimated In The Zillions Four and a half years after he was first sworn in as president, experts in the field of disaster assessment today called the presidency of George W. Bush the worst disaster in the history of the United States of America. The sober assessment came from the University of Minnesota’s Enormous Disaster Institute, which studies and attempts to quantify colossal disasters, both natural and manmade. Dr. Lorraine Cresser, who heads the Institute, said that the University of Minnesota experts decided to place the current administration at the top of the nation’s list of huge disasters after assessing the damage the White House has caused over the past four and a half years, both at home and abroad. “After taking a good look at the wreckage the Bush presidency has created, we would estimate the cost of the damage at somewhere in the mid to high zillions,” Dr. Cresser said. Hours after the University of Minnesota released its findings, House Speaker Dennis Hastert said that given the high price tag, rebuilding the Bush presidency “doesn’t make sense to me.” Speaking to reporters on Capitol Hill, Rep. Hastert said that based on what he had seen of the Bush presidency lately, “It looks like a lot of it could be bulldozed.” But hours later, the Speaker backtracked somewhat, telling reporters, “Like most Republicans in Congress, I have been drinking very heavily for the past several days.” Elsewhere, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said today that his department would intensify the search for those missing since Hurricane Katrina hit, including Vice President Dick Cheney. http://www.borowitzreport.com/archive_rpt.asp?rec=1209&srch= Quote

ScottP Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 Elsewhere, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said today that his department would intensify the search for those missing since Hurricane Katrina hit, including Vice President Dick Cheney. According to John Stewart, he was flyfishing in Montana and then closing a deal on some waterfront property in the Northeast before heading south to be told, twice, to go fuck himself during a media event. tivoli_mike Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 Now it looks like "Brownie" was doing such a "heck of a job", he was pulled off the hurricane recovery efforts and brought back to D.C. ... Quote
ScottP Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 (edited) They actually cut the audio feed when someone in the crowd yelled, "Yeah! A heck of a job totally fucking things up!" Same guy that told Cheney to go fuck himself probably. I made this up. Sorry Edited September 20, 2005 by ScottP Quote
