catbirdseat
The forecast has it raining in Seattle, but dry in Squamish. Is this too good to believe?
mec
on many an occasion i have been climbing in squamish, while it is wet in seattle. usually ends up being pretty good climbing weather.
MtnHigh
Sometimes it's the other way around. This past weekend I met Goatboy and his wife in L-worth. They came down to L-worth to escape the rain in Squish.
jmace
Its a good forecast, Id be slightly worried about the hills but I wouldnt cancel a trip, sunday doesnt look as good. The forecasted showers for tomorrow are optimistic maybe a slight chance in the late morning.
Alex
what forecast are you looking at? I am looking at http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/sew/forecast03.php . 40% PoP doesnt look good to me.

catbirdseat
Now that I can't go , it makes me feel better to know the weather will be crappy.
jmace
I meant good as in its a well done forecst not that I like the showers. There is an upper level low situated mostly over washington which is why there is a better chance of showers south of the border as opposed to Squamish. Alex
The upper level low is coming in from th Gulf of Alaska, so I don't see how Squish will be out of the path?

murraysovereign
Looking Better  For Squamish, at least  Seattle looks pretty wet until Sunday. It lloks like the low will pass through here this afternoon/evening, then park over Washington for Saturday.
