My goal has has only been to add about 15 lbs of muscle overall. (From 185 to 200) Â Most of the reason is for increased strength, but I also want to look good naked (to keep my wife satisfied ) Â I'll be looking more into the "supersets" and negative resistance mentioned above. Â One last question. Does anyone have any advice on the benefits of consulting a personal trainer? How much does one normally cost/charge? How do I know if I am "hiring" a good one?
