Actually, that is what I have been doing, and my strength has greatly improved

Then why in the world do you care about weighing more? I'm 155lbs and I'd glady loose another 10lbs. Too bad we can't do some sort of weight swap?

what cup size is that for? surely going from an A to a DD would involve more than 2 lbs unless they used inflatables and helium.

C-cup. More than a mouthful is a waste! hahaha.gif

WOW! I didn't expect to receive so many helpful responses! Thanks to everyone for their advice. My goal has has only been to add about 15 lbs of muscle overall. (From 185 to 200)

 

Most of the reason is for increased strength, but I also want to look good naked (to keep my wife satisfied wink.gif )

 

I'll be looking more into the "supersets" and negative resistance mentioned above.

 

One last question. Does anyone have any advice on the benefits of consulting a personal trainer?

How much does one normally cost/charge?

How do I know if I am "hiring" a good one?
