Bug
Probably low. I was up at Stevens last Sat and there wasn't much snow.
Chad_A
Thanks for the info, all. The weather for the next two days sucks everywhere (the days I have off to escape...) Looks like Stewart and I might brave the elements, and see if anything is in around Lake Angeles in the Olympics, in his neck of the woods. Ade
Probably low. I was up at Stevens last Sat and there wasn't much snow. 6" or so of powder on everything above about 4000' on Monday at Snoqualmie but it didn't seem to be sliding much. The buttress looked in and a couple of guys climbed the N face while we were up there.
Bug
Did anyone notice if the practice gulley downstream of Alpintal was in?
Alex
Bug, with these temps it will be for sure. Also, there is little snow up there right now go git it b4 it gets buried.
JayB
I thought my partner and I were the only ones desperate and misguided enough to head for Alpental falls this morning - but as my partner (superlurker Mothboy 88) was following the pitch - a column of 11 people showed up at the base, and apparently they were not part of an organized class. The Horror.....
