aaj and caj dates are listed on the contents page of the respective publications. jan 15 for caj iirc.

NWMJ didn't list their deadline online

don't have either to look at

i'm trying to get the dates and contact listed on this thread as a nice resource for all.

so how about aaj, caj, and dates for NWMJ

 

Dates for NWMJ are on the link I posted (there are several options in the menu that load different content).

 

Copied from there, the dates are:

 

"The target date for publishing the next Northwest Mountaineering Journal is Memorial Day, 2005. We will issue a call for submissions around December 1, 2004. The deadline for submissions will be March 1, 2005, although earlier submissions will be gladly accepted by the editorial team."

THe deadline for the next edition of "Alpine Select" will be sometime in 2005 because I heard today the 2nd edition is going to come out in 2006.

 

Having a high quality aerial photo of your new route will obviously VASTLY increase its chance of making it into the guide wink.gif

nothin special in the past 3 months, cept for the 1 millionth ascent of several routes at smith and beacon.
