swaterfall
Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with any Physical Therapists or Acupuncturist(sp?) in Bellingham? Cheers
dberdinka
I've been pretty disappointed with PT in general. It might be useful for people who don't do jacks&*t, "My knee hurts when I need to get off to couch and go get more soda" but I think it's very difficult to rehabilitate someone who's more like "my knee hurts when I pound out 3000' vert on rough terrain with a 30lb pack". On the other hand I'm really bad about sticking to the stretching and strengthing routines they will give you. With all that said..... Don't know what your problem is but Clare Jones at Bellingham PT seemed to really know her stuff with biomechanics. Ted Molaski at Performance PT has an excellent reputation as well. Alpinfox
Robert Rogoz is supposed to be an excellent PT/massage therapist for injury recovery and such . He is a climber, so he "gets it".
glassgowkiss
for pt's Sherryl Betty @ B-ham phys. therapy in seahome village. as for acupuncture Ashley Goddard @ Nine Acupuncture, Michelle Siemion would be a good choice. For chiro Erin Simpson @ Back in Motion or Lyndon Keeler (his ph# is 360.715.9010) Edited August 3, 2004 by glassgowkiss
