Dru Posted November 15, 2003 Share Posted November 15, 2003 give every person on earth the right to have 0.75 child. so 1 man and 1 woman have the right to have 1.5 children. if they only have 1, they can sell the right to the 0.5 to another couple so that couple can have 2. this will create a global market in reproductive rights, which will 1) reduce the number of children born to the poor 2) provide a strong financial incentive to have less children 3) create a market based solution to overpopulation Everybody likes it but the Pope and the ayatollahs.
