Off- I have some experience as I grew up on a farm and was always doing odd projects and such but have never formally worked as a carpenter. How do you get into this field as most of the jobs I have seen want you to have prior experience.

I saw an ad for "testoterone study" volunteer around here the other day. It paid real well I think (500$?). I think you prolly gotta take some experimental meds (or placebo) and then sit there and get your blood monitored a bunch of times for a number of weeks.
