lummox Posted August 27, 2003 Posted August 27, 2003 yea. we all know bc is burning. but how is the drought affecting the burnage? good crop or bad coming on? Quote
erik Posted August 27, 2003 Posted August 27, 2003 still pretty consistant. some of the sources are selling up a lesser quality(must be bc). but the local crops are fine from what i can tell! i just enjoyed some freshiez as is! Quote
carolyn Posted August 27, 2003 Posted August 27, 2003 Everything is brown over here in MN. Poor corn, it all looks so sad. Send rain ASAP! (and cooler air) Actually, its pretty scary in the northern parts of the state. The boundary waters area has been waiting for an opportunity like this to burn. All it takes is one person w/a little bit of bad luck to break the fire ban and we will have an enormous fire on our hands. Quote
kurthicks Posted August 27, 2003 Posted August 27, 2003 i don't think that corn was the crop he was referring to... Quote
