Coos Coos is ok for glacier hydrations. It wont do the real trick. Instant Mashed taters, pancakes, pastas, and horsecock and cheese work well. Dont forget some salty crackers like fish thingys (whatever brand) and shit. Quote

Cpt.Caveman Posted August 28, 2003 Posted August 28, 2003 I pour coos coos on the glacier to keep it from dehydrating and causing it to recede below the firn zone. Quote

SublimeSalamander Posted June 9, 2004 Posted June 9, 2004 (edited) I also suggest making your own. I recommend a good book called DRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT. It even has plans for several home made dehydrators. Edited June 9, 2004 by SublimeSalamander Quote
SublimeSalamander Posted June 9, 2004 Posted June 9, 2004 Found the book here. http://www.rei.com/online/store/ProductDisplay?storeId=8000&catalogId=40000008000&productId=1844&parent_category_rn=10574128 Quote
neswstar Posted August 3, 2004 Posted August 3, 2004 Haven't tried this yet but there is a co-op in Corvallis Oregon seling this stuff in bulk. If nothing else, the flavor combinations sound intriguing and my inspire you. http://store.yahoo.com/wildernessdining/vegen.html Quote
