Â I hope they use some of that money to erect a giant billboard with all-night fluorescent lighting pointed right at his deck (until the new trees reach the height of the previous ones in 30 years). Â It's good to see the judge paying so much, and it's nice to see the money going to the parks. There is a serious lack of money for keeping things up in the city parks. Ivy, laurel, holly, and a bunch of other agresive nonnative species are killing native plants and there are lots and lots of hazardous trees on city park land. Â When the economy was good there was talk of expanding the budget for maintenance, but now there's no money for anything.
