  1. Or luring underage girls into sticky situations. Added style points for that euro cache.
  2. Thrashador=Michael. I'll probably be on my way back home by the time Michelle's team gets there.
  3. Nope--park on the shoulder of I-84 $25 for one car or $30 if you have two cars and want a sticker for both. Its good at all the state parks I have been to (Smith, Rooster, Timberline) and I didn't get a ticket while parked at the Mt. Stuart trailhead in WA. I know that it is good at certain WA parks as well.
  4. She can eat corn through a picket fence!
  5. Good story Bronco. Glad you made it out in one piece. The first time I went in to do EWS we ascended directly up that same talus slope you came down because we figured it was the talus field described in Nelson's book, and of coruse we were wrong. It sucked so bad we decided to descend the West side of the gully leading to the spire. Oh what a mistake that was. We nearly epiced as well. Heal thyself!
  6. A friend of mine routinely photocopies annual trail park passes and shares them with people who pitch in for it.
  7. Is this her? Erin Bruce
  8. I still haven't a clue what you are talking about wrt the cable. Is it a steering wheel lock? Wheel lock? Purse Strap? We can't help you if you don' t open up.
  9. What, pray tell, is the cable used for? Locking your bike on a rack or something? Not leaving anything within sight of a potential car prowler is the most effective deterrent.
  10. Stalker alert!
  11. Lets say 2 p.m. at the beer garden. I'll bring party favors.
  12. Yes. But for Smith you need ONLY the State Park Pass. Smith is not a part of the Fee Demo Program. I am not an apologist for fees to recreate on public lands, but I don't mind paying for Smith. A tremendous amount of work goes into maintaining that area and it sees an enormous amount of use. Also, the Oregon State Parks annual permit is good for certain areas in WA as well. The Oregon Snow Park Permit is good in Washington too. There is a bit of overlap but its all extremely confusing.
  13. I did a hike on the Timberline Trail aroudn Hood last weekend and saw tufts of TP in several spots--usually within 10 feet of the trail.
  14. You have to pay two fees at Smith? Since when?
  15. There is a beer garden adjacent to the finish line. Look for me, I'll be the one with ice taped to his quads.
  16. Eat balls, Asseyes.

    The Hunted

Essentially a very poor imitation of First Blood. Its about a former Special Ops soldier (Benicio) who goes wacko and his trainer (Tommy Lee Jones) goes after him. The funniest part is just before the penultimate knife fight at the end. Benicio creates an impromptu forge that he uses to cast a new knife. Meanwhile our erstwhile hero, Tommy, chips flint to make his. Muy stupido.

    The Hunted

I can't believe I wasted 2 hours of my life watching this POS. Benicio was horrible and Tommy wasn't a helluva lot better. Aside from seeing familiar landmarks this belongs in the trash. Save your money for porn.
  19. ok.
  20. Reviving this dinosaur to see who all will be at the Coast this weekend following the race. Our team will be drinking beers around noon on Saturday. Timm@y--what time will Team Snaffle be there? Whats your start time? Anyone else showing? Pub club at Seaside?
