No oil. Sorry K, :: wrong He has maintained tight control by clamping down on dissidents but his oil-producing nation is now beginning to feel the wind of change that is blowing across the Arab world. Probably threatened to torch them if we invaded; maybe even threatened he had a nuke up his sleeve

To snip or not to snip, whats the issue about a little tissue? No, I don't remember the pain. How can I regret having lost something I never remember having. Decreased Sensitivity ? Never seemed to be an issue as a youthful stud; if anything I had too much sensitivity. Wah wah Now it doesn't matter. Hee Haw Women have way more going on there. It's the equivalent of a pecker for peters sake.

Thanks Kbone best laugh of the day, classic realism.

Watt nunsense. How do you solve a problem like Maria?; Julia Andrews-Sound of Music This is when they kicked Maria out of the convent to join the major as his ninny: I'd rather be a nun on weed then a nun on my knees who can't serve the masters manly needs because of vows not please.

JayB: Currently the young Japanese are experiencing high unemployment because the old goats won't roll out of the way--so npr says.

I was told this argument is irrelevant to the subject; nun the less it's true. Hence, make driving and guns illegal.

I agree, it's the size of the meat that matters; how many people stop at 3oz? Prob not many, thinking bigger is better. Actually chewing on any food, instead of just shoveling, goes a long ways. Since I have started really rinsing the soaked beans gas is no longer an issue--should have followed the directions a long time ago. Sure I have my binges, but not so much anymore on junk food, more like nuts and raisons or huge portions of beans and potatoes. Like Julia Child Love whatever you eat; she lived to be really old.

I know someone that grew up post WW II in Germany--there wasn't much to eat. This darn economy thing was all planned out and the really marginal people of the world are not included: they don't want 8 billion healthy and well fed people sucking up the few resources that are left, they want whats left for themselves and a few slaves. Supposedly 500 families control everything; any truth to this?

It's true, they are still moving there which are pushing the unemployment figures even higher. Just buy a bicycle w/o brakes--cool, huh? 'Everybody's going to get laid', Percival Sweetwater.

Not all of us. However, when my youngest when in to get her 2nd round of vaccinations, they were about to give her the WRONG ONES. Luckily, my wife took her to that apt and caught the mistake. Not sure what, if anything, would have happened if she had gotten the ones for round 5, or whatever they were about to give her. Of course, we are just supposed to "trust the doc", right? WRONG! My appologeeze everyone but this gets back to my rant of no matter how much education a person gets, if they're suppose to make quotas, or they're being overworked, they will screw up. In addition, most education just breeds good test takers, not necessarily good workers. Always be pro active on these people for yourself and for your loved ones. Do not place these people on a pedal stole but be respectful. blah blah

Warning: this discussion is confined to Rock Dirt-Baggery and is compiled from direct experience. Attempting any of the following activities may cause serious harm or death to an otherwise productive and virtuous citizen. Sage dirt bag- turns down: beer, bakery, butter, coffee, sweets, drugs, cigs, showers, women, RV, movies, running to town. Milks the same climbing area for weeks. Biggest priority--climbing, gets up early. Spending habits include only the bare essentials. Experience level: 3 hours. Non-sage Dirt bag scams free (not necessarily illegal): food, camping, showers, parking, cans, dumpsters. Basically a scavenger, I mean gleaner. Several priorities including climbing: beer, drugs, cigarettes, women, movies, gets up when they get up. Spending habits are not prioritized. Experience level: too late now. According to Plato, there are two categories of being who do not do philosophy: 1. Gods and sages, because they are wise; 2. senseless people, because they think they are wise.

Jesus that hurts. However, I would probably feel even worse if I had been someone that bought into it, did everything right, and still ended up being broke. sickie I did end up buying my own set of belief's that got me into the same stinko--can't blame the bankers for that one. Hee Haw.

He has 40 virgin body guards. Source Wikipedia Gaddafi's choice of bodyguards has been the subject of much media attention. His 40-member bodyguard contingent, known as the Amazonian Guard, is entirely female. All women who qualify for duty supposedly must be virgins, and are hand-picked by Gaddafi himself. They are trained in the use of firearms and martial arts at a special academy before entering service.[114] Because the U.S. refused to take Libya off its list of state sponsors of terrorism, Libya retained the last 20% ($540 million) of the $2.7 billion compensation package. In October 2008 Libya paid $1.5 billion into a fund which will be used to compensate relatives of the 1. Lockerbie bombing victims with the remaining 20%; 2. American victims of the 1986 Berlin discotheque bombing; 3. American victims of the 1989 UTA Flight 772 bombing; and, 4. Libyan victims of the 1986 US bombing of Tripoli and Benghazi Why didn't we invade Libya? Also, couldn't we have just lied about taking him off of the state terrorism thing so the folks could have got the cash?

I'm an old cow but a lot of people keep bringing up how expensive the gear is. Let's have a discussion on how little $ you need to spend to start out with if you don't buy into the latest greatest most expensive gizmo mindset. This guy is just starting out, does he really need the most expensive hardware and software? Start small and make due until you really have to have it, beg and borrow and don't be ashamed to do it. It's easy to get too caught up in all the catalogs and gear porno--it's cool and looks exciting. Stay focused on the climbing more than the gear, don't become a GEAR HEAD like me (a lot of mis-spent $ on gear I will never wear out or did not have to have), it's a waste of time and $, especially at my age. There are a lot of people ,like myself, that have lots of extra stuff just sitting in their closets collecting dust, or they're thinking about how much they will get for it--not (half retail, if your lucky and it's in demand-- if it ever was to begin with). It's not bad or unsafe gear, just not the latest, greatest gizmo. Your not putting yourself in a life and death hair bending situation to start with, at least I hope your not. I live in Salem and will give you some of it if you pretend to listen to my BS. PM me.

Libya protests: Death in al-Bayda as unrest spreads Strange, why would anyone be upset at Gadaffi?
-
I give up, Eeyore. I'm beginning to consider my options.....hmmm...well....uh...? Just heard 80 million Indians over 65 don't have health care, or family to stay with--too much of a burden, and many don't even have a place to die. That's a lot of dead bodies laying around. Jesus, the numbers, can't even grasp it. The world has shrunk to a pimple and is going to pop.

Sherli you jest because I thought the passion sucked; after only 3 minutes into it I barfed and turned it off.

Make mine pasteurized. Some of the diseases that pasteurization can prevent are diphtheria, salmonellosis, strep throat, scarlet fever, listeriosis, brucellosis and typhoid fever.
