I kinda find it funny that all your posts here on cc are about me. If you guys really want to know... the summitpost thing, it was about cheating and power, lesson learned there.... on nwhikers well it is a little more serious. The last trip though... did I really do a whole lot wrong? The duct taped feet on the bike trip, it was to keep my feet from freezing, I learned the harder way the importance of a pad... Well all thse trips, there one huge learning process, often I learn things though experience, and it helps me believe in the reality of the dangers. So I would say I been safe for about a month so far. As for you saying it's largely been for naught... I learned a bit, so it was indeed not in vain. Oh and it will be fulled off, there is indeed a solution! And a rough touch just complicates the situation... but if that's what people want.... well then so be it. But I think were hitting a turning point in this.

You got that right.... now It seems worse than ever! Dang this whole climbing idea's never gonna work is it? Nor is scrambling, or perhaps even hiking..... face it, I lost.

Wow, this place sometimes has the wierdest posts... but I find it amusing.

When posting I started out as stranger, then noob or what ever you call it, then all of a sudden I'm a jouney man, which I think of myself as one, but shouldn't there be some kind of imbetween? Not that I really give a rip, but it just seems kinda odd... perhaps a rank called hiker...

Thanks! So which part would you call the fantastic voyage? Muir... the bike ride... I've got a few other tales. I also liked the time I hitched hiked home... When I'm old, I plan on having so many stories, I won't know which one to tell the young folks.

I just was there last week, a nice climbing place. If I can get a ride there, I wouldn't mind being a climbing partner. They got some nice practice climbs there. I live in Northern Lynnwood. Let me know when you want to go. Cheers Josh Lewis.

I do learn each time, it's just I make other mistakes, but there slowing down. So far I'm trying to be tamed, before I was not someone who was what one would call responsible. As for work... I'm in a very strange situation, my mom get's government support because she doesn't have a job, and if I get one, this would panilize us, and we would be even worse off. So I'm starting to work for my friend's dad and earning enough for gear so far. I am often affraid to turn around because there is not much to look forward to for a long time once I go back home. A good example was a trip to Camp Muir. It was months until I went hiking again.

Theres this messed up game, the point of the game is to forget about the game, if you remeber the game after a half hour after reading this, you LOSE! The only way to not lose is to never remember it after a half hour and not get remined by anyone. The only way to win is if you die, or if you tell everyone in the world! Also the game restarts everytime you loose so you can loose again and again! Trust me, the game can flash big letters in your head that say "THE GAME" randonmly, so its hard to forget it. So game on! P.S. You are playing if you have read this whether you want to or not!

Dang! Poor guy, that is a big fine! Now this is why I never want search and rescue to come after me, I would rather crawl down a mountain if I had to! Such a limited time to pay the bill... how the heck is he supposed to get 25,000$ before August 9?

In a good way or bad? I've had in the past 10 pages of badness to me on nwhikers... but back then it was a bad choice I made, I have lived... and learned and now am now much more responsible. As for what everyone said... Thanks. Man there are so many replys it's hard to reply to them all. Well I've already been more responsible the past few trips I been on. Now my future is looking bright!

Sounds good.... it's a shame this weekend up at Muir was great weather and it ended up... well not working out. There's always this coming up weekend!
