  1. Your sage advice will not dissuage the likes of No. 13 Baby from expressing an "opinion", I'm certain of that.
  2. value(No. 13 Baby) < value(1 lb of horseshit)
  3. perfect - you can't produce, just as I suspected.
  4. Actually, I've got an idea, dickhead. It takes absolutely zero knowledge to nitpick typos and snipe from afar. One quick Google search and you can double check any foreign phrase. I'll wager that you looked at what I wrote, and didn't know what it meant, did a Google search, found the mistake, and then, being so clever, took a snipe. So, how about you post a few sentences in French, and I'll respond in like. Although I never claimed fluency in that language (I'm conversational), it might be entertaining to see you squirm. I expect utter silence from you, for as we saw in the discussion of comparative educational credentials - you are great at attacking someone whom you do not exceed by any measure. And I close with one more FOAD.
  5. ditto. it's a nice trick - give the impression of being hip, but then reality kicks in, ne c'est pas? You mean "n'est-ce pas," Mr. Beta Kappa. Just how many languages are you illiterate in? FOAD
  6. I don't disagree. What I will say is it's my belief that if you've got what it takes to be a golden engineer you can be succesful quite a few places - all of them with better pay, better flexibility, better advancement or better benefits (in or out of work) than engineering. yeah, but then you might have to deal with people. I hate people.

  8. with caffeine so you can work late/long hours. mmmm Mountain Dew and Jolt! oh yes cog in the wheel am I. we've got free starbucks coffee.
  9. It certainly will not disappear. On the contrary, there will be more and more of a shortage for qualified engineers. If you are good, you'll probably always be "golden" although salaries may not stand the test of time. I've seen a promising trend in this area from the Agile community with its concept of sustainable pace. However, when all is said and done, the bottom line will always rule. Oh, the optimism of youth. 4-5 years is an eternity in high tech.
  10. milk > gasoline too Where in the hell are you buying it? OK, it's cheaper at CostCo, but not full-price at regular grocery stores, unless you buy the "cheaper" brand of milk (which usually even tastes of the injected hormones)
  11. milk > gasoline too

  13. Riding hard, high in the saddle Winged steed of unwearing flight Sweeping through air just like fire Swift of the foot, great of might Hear the screams (ow!) Feel the bite We ride with death Tonight Here it comes You better hide Shoot the guns You're gonna die Conquering all, spreading terror Hoofs gallop in thunderous pound Devouring the souls of the wretched Trampling them down to the ground Gripping the reins of destruction Made of steel on his hands Holder of forces immortal Slaughtering all in his path
  14. Whatever, Mr. Brokeback.

you guys gotta stop hittin' the bottle... or at least don't drink and internet surf.

  17. Wow, what a blast from the past... in 6th grade we were forced to memorize that (in Latin) ... supposed to sing it for our parents. And no this was not at a private school.
  18. too... much... information
  19. Translation: your credentials are shit and you know it. That's what I thought all along.
  20. Hey Trashtalkingcunt. I don't read your replies. All I see is this: *** You are SO ignoring this loser *** I know you find it hard to find meaning on this site and on earth in general without my attention, but I'm sure you can if you try hard enough.
  21. Nice rationalization with just the right spin to make it sound "right". The ACLU stifles freedom with the force of law and threat to ruin lives and bankrupt organizations. They don't free, they oppress through the force of law. And they've affected far more people and groups than George Bush.
  22. Still waiting to hear what your educational credentials are, including membership in professional and honorary societies. Hell, I'll even take some citings for your publications and patent applications. The silence is defeaning. You can only nitpick typos for so long, little boy.
  23. That's what the ACLU has done for 30 years and you guys love it. Right, KK, and white is black and black is white. The ACLU has engaged in an ongoing onslaught on the right to free association, private organizations, and religious expression for years. They've made our lives less safe and punished victims in the name of criminal's rights. And they've done this through extortion, harassment, and the weight of law. It's despicable and vile, and has affected our lives far more than anything Bush has done to inhibit our freedoms.
