  1. It seems to me that creation of these agencies is usually additive. I'm not sure there is much precedent for eliminating them, and for what implications that would cause. Lawsuits? Pressure from lobbies, the congress, etc? BTW, did you know Paul is like 76 years old. Talk about gramps. The dude will be like 81 when he gets out office - toothless and wearing diapers.
  2. And that's assuming he could do all those things. You know, like all the things Barry promised to do.
  3. Ron Paul is the most pro-corporate candidate out there, is that a joke? Explain please. he doesn't think the federal government should regulate business (or the stock market, for that matter). He opposes virtually all "market interference" by the federal government, and he was one of the original plaintiffs on the lawsuit that became the Citizen's United decision. His libertarian beliefs are obviously anti-regulation, which is obviously pro-corporation. Jeez, don't you even research the guy? Yeah, but he's an isolationist and would cut military-spending, harming corporations who participate in the military-industrial complex...
  4. Ron Paul is the most pro-corporate candidate out there, is that a joke? Explain please. If Ron Paul dismantles the EPA as he wants to, would that be "pro" business or "anti" business?
  5. You don't like the competition, do you?
  6. True... but that fact's not stopping Ron Paul either...
  7. Negative. Go back to surfing porn.
  8. It's a good year to start a caretaker business to help the rapture crowd feel less guilty about leaving their pets behind. Make sure to have them sign the line that says, "I understand refunds are not provided to clients in the event the rapture does not occur." The Mayan calendar freaks are the ones I am referring to.
  9. ??? Was ist los? Was wird passieren?
  10. Sha na na na Sha na na na Hey hey...
  11. This photo explains j_b's "position" perfectly:
  12. The world will not end in 2012.
  13. 2112, OTOH... YYZ is a great jam, BTW. The solo is challenging but very doable.
  14. Hey that's my goal! I'm just not sure how anyone with toddlers gets out much! Some dads just abandon their family every weekend to climb. Take a few days off work and climb mid-week then. Geez.
  15. LOL, comparing the relatively amazing freedom and liberty you enjoy as an american citizen to "being able to choose between mcdonalds and burger king" -- god you make yourself sound dumb. You should go see the world, Kev. I have never called you a name, like dumb or idiot. Yet you do it all the time to me and others on the site. Who is the fool? GO RON PAUL!
  16. With the La Nina predicted you *may* have some extra miles to walk / not be able to get all the way to the TH by car into late June and possibly July.
  17. There are several direct bus lines along the I-90 that eliminate commute hassle/stress. It is also a fine bike ride, mostly traffic free, with a dedicated bike-path.
  18. I think La Villa Strantiago is a better piece to learn as a band - the guitar parts get sparse in parts of the song.
  19. "Black Star". I've tried to learn it but damn that shit is tough to fret fluidly. Steve Vai's "The Attitude Song" would be another one high on my list.
  20. It's a rock and roll damnation...
  21. I'm well-preserved. :-) Amen to that, bruthuh! I think I need a little more "preserving" myself... Planet Killers may help with that. ;-)
  22. I'm well-preserved. :-)
  23. Criminy, Stephen, how old were you when you started breeding??? I'm old, dude.
  24. There are two fast runs in that solo that you can't get offspeed on the picking or it's done. For some reason my tremolo picking on the high two strings has been sucking. I use the dunlop 1.14 picks and may need to try out a thicker one (I used to use the heaviest pick back in the day)
