Fry pan: dash of olive oil- brown chopped yellow onion and minced garlic. Place Salomon fillets on foil, enough to wrap them in. squeeze lemon on splash Warshire sauce little salt pepper to taste sprinkle ginger over - enough that you see a little of it, not so it just disappears. sprinkle parsley over lightly dump onion and garlic on top / wrap up. bake @ 375 until your liking, some like it half cooked, some like it dry, shouldn't take more than 15mins to bake... *ooops, sorry I usally cub off a 1/4 in slice of butter on top before I wrap up...*

Radio said snow @ 8 grand, but thats the base huh? awsome... So that ski porn did the trick... we have sumend the sno gods...WUHA HA HA HA... Thanks to GT & BH for the fun yesterday! What do U mean funny Iain? those are real, the guys and i really took an alpine bouldering class...

So I took an alpine bouldering class with the mounties this last weekend and had all kinds of fun and learned some good skillz that I'm sure every one needs to know.... Just look at the fun we had... Our instructor was so motivating, he was really into this one boulder problem he called it the Mountie Vbeginer... Damn this gaper was good, he sent this problem in just nineteen trys... As soon as we sent, they taught us proper walk off slab down climbing, it was really exciting... All though This gaper could send, he had a little trouble with the walk off... Good thing our instructor was there to spot him... OOOOOOHHHHHHH SHIT!!! I think we should have taken the beginners course and learned the classic dirt slope rappel... Just a good reason to always rappel off any slope 6% or not... And yet another reason to always wear your helmet... I highly recommend every one on this site to take this course, it was not only educational, but a load of fun as well.....
