yeah the chat will be somewhat integrated with the site, but will allow you to use your MSN, AOL, IRC at the same time, which IMHO is pretty sweet. i'm working on setting this up right now and will make an allison proof dummy document.

yes it was a title of a classic song by thugish ICE CUBE, but I just want to give a to today. shout to my homeboy cletus for a wonderful morning up at the crag. this morning we had smith rock state park to ourselves, it was rather magical, and discovered that we had a truckfull of tourists from scottland gaping at us (or so the pass lady said) so we're famous by now. slinked into work around noon after a leisurly lunch. slacked the whole day there and stared at the last remaining freshiez on south sister came home to my 2 mutts, and my foxy lady, and we'll be celebrating our 1 year anniversary on sunday by going on a backpack up near brokenchoss. yes the sun did shine on the high desert today, a nice warm day in the 70's, not a cloud in the sky. life is good my friends have a grand weekend all TIMMAY

I'm going to be adding a replacement feature for the chat that is stand alone, not integrated with the board whatsoever. Do people (besides allison) even care, or would anyone use this? And i know we all are artists deep down insdie. So, you've all been climbing hard all summer long. Weather it was at vantage, or throwing up FA's (i would fall into the first category) you've still hopefully had some fun out there this summer. So now that the PNW is easing back into its 8 month drizzle, its time to document your adventures. I'm hoping to build up the main part of the site (there is another part to this site besides the bb?) with stories of your adventurs, your pictures, from this past summer. So pull open notepad, clean off that memory card on the camera, and send us the best stuff you got. I'm hoping to add some type of incentive for sharing your adventures with the rest of the crue... maybe the ladies of cc.com will give lap dances for the author of the best story, or maybe somebody who submits a good story will get to meet trask, don't know yet. but nevertheless, send some stuff in, and you'll be a star. tim [ 10-13-2002, 02:02 PM: Message edited by: jon ]

whew the pages are loadin faster. fern i just went through a thorough check of the code and i found some remnants of the chat script still loading on the main forums page, and each subsequent group page (general discussion forums list). i'm pretty sure i've purged most of it. if anyone still recieves the internal 500 please email us with details about where you were when it happened and what you were wearing (ladies only)

and no we will not be adding the freaking chat thing back on
