the stats they sited were from older sources. they have more recent numbers but probably not compiled in an "official" document to site.

you should select your windshirt based on outside temperature and windspeed. you need to calculate the windchill and then select a windshirt based on 10 degree increments. in short you should have at least 7-10 different windshirts

i climbed some moderate pitches this weekend at a crag. i haven't done an alpine weekend in quite some time. does that still count as climbing? or should i just hang up my shoes and start learning to play bridge?
Shit yeah Minx, I been workin' out like this every evening from 10-7 am or so. I hasn't made me strong like John and Marcus though. Maybe I need to lose the down comforter, blankets and flannel sheets?
