  1. Longest dry spell since I was 17 was never more than a couple of months. Not too shabby. I once got so horny though, I was in Pat O'Briens in New Orleans. Met a bird, was shagging at her hotel within 15 minutes. One quick shag later, I was back at Pat O'Briens finishing off my Hurricane with my mates. Good stuff.
  2. Ah, good old Irn Bru. Actually, there's a shop in Redmond called the British Pantry that sells it. Also, the Scottish Tea Shop near Madison Park sells a lot of that sutff too. So funny. Thanks for reminding me of that dude. I also remember drinking Tizer when I was a boy. That was basically the red equivalent of Irn Bru. You could feel your teeth disintegrate with each sip. They even made little chewy candies as if the soda wasn't enough. "Barrs Irn Bru. Made in Scotland from Girders." Great ads.
  3. Does June's edition of Playboy that arrived on Monday count? Nah, dude, I have a 22 year old horny Euro girlfriend that keeps me occupied. I wasn't bragging, just killing time till I get off work.
  4. Picking on me. Fucking bastaaaards! How right they are though. Shit the truth hurts. So does sticking your wood into dry holes. So I've been told.
  5. I know, but then I'll be all dressed up with nowhere to go...she's only open for business M-Th. Damn your mother!
  6. ...you got laid? 11 hrs and 3 minutes ago. Life can be cruel sometimes.
  7. What's everyone doing this wekeend? I'll be at Stevens Pass with the mounties doing Ice-Ax arrest and all that shit. I know it'll be boring but I'll have my trusty hip flask of Glenfiddich with me at all times. Btw Erik, that Irishman is Scottish..but you already knew that didn't you!

  9. Dos Equis amber works for me dude. That's about as light as I go cos the Coors and all that stuff is just pish...and not even remotely palatable pish at that as if there is such a thing.
  10. No, it's totally doable in June and the summer months. In fact, that's when most folks do it. I just think that most folks on the board here would agree that it's a more enjoyable climb in the Spring months and even in the Winter (at least from the South side starting at Timberline Lodge).
  11. Couple of reasons for early season: 1. Avoid the huge crowds (especially so on weekends) 2. The bergshrund is filled in I think the 'shrund is now exposed but can be negotiated fairly easily by walking around to the left of it.
  12. Funny dude. Yeah, my 4x4 can also cross ocean floors too as well as get me past 7 ft of snow no problem...just like in the ads. As for sheep....they are more than mere transportation my friend. We do indeed ride them, but in a different sort of way
  13. I heard the same thing too dude...there's a new version coming out supposedly this year. I still went ahead and bought the old one though.
  14. Forget it. I checked the forestry site and the road to Cold Creek is still closed. Not expected to be open until late June. There's 7ft of snow at Cold Creek. Anybody got any better ideas?
  15. Going to be in the Baksan Valley from August 4th for around 10 days. Intend to climb Elbrus. Partners have bailed, and it's just me and my girlfriend now. Anybody interested? So far, we've spent $300 for visa processing / flight from Moscow - Min. Vody / rooms / airport shuttle through Pilgrim Tours and $750 on ticket to Europe. I expect the whole trip to cost no more than $1600. PM me if interested.
  16. Me and my girlfriend are heading up Adams on 5/17 (assuming the weather is decent). Anybody wanna join us? Will most likely car camp Friday night, and do it in a day. Could be talked into 2 days though. PM me if interested.
  17. Anybody wanna head out to Vertical World (Seattle) around 6pm tonight?
  18. Brian, I just emailed him. I should be able to hook him up. Just hope he's a cool dude and doesn't walk around everywhere in pink spandex shorts. Maybe he's the French Spiderman dude that climbs buildings. The Space Needle could be his next target?
  19. Alex, have you been up yet? I was thinking of heading up there 5/17 if the weather's decent...
  20. a) size difference- blazer and pickup trucks are not too far apart b) you're an idiot I may be an idiot, but at least I'm consistent which is more than can be said for you and your smarmy turncoat comments. You're a complete and utter fuckstick that sounds like a whiney bitch every time you post. Can I suggest that you go back and read your posts with an open mind. I think you'll probably agree that you really do sound like a negative whiney prick. You remind me of the pathetic little ultra-PC teacher on Beavis and Butthead. Go fuck yourself wankstain. How's that for negativity? Am I talking your language now? Are you going to call up your friends and whine about the mean people on the Internet that just don't give a toss about your issues and how they are oh so fucking wrong? Well, now that I've got that outta my system, it's time to
  21. Did you sue him for all he was worth and try to have him charged with attempted murder? I have heard there's some folks on this board that'd take pleasure in doing that very thing...

We used to have something called the Chunder Mile. Every 100 metres, you had to drink a pint. That's 16 pints my friends. The winner was the first one to cross the line without puking.

I've done a brisk walk up to the top of Si in 1hr 17mins. I didn't bother with round-trip cos that hurts the old knees. I reckon if I bothered to run, I can get somewhere around an hour. In fact, why not have a cc.com Si challenge with a Keg at the top and the bottom?
  24. I have a Handspring and quite honestly rarely use it. I'll remember it sometimes, synch it up and leave it lying around until the next time I need to install new batteries and do the the same thing all over again. I got mine free from my company, but in retrospect, I'd never buy one myself unless I were travelling a lot for my job.
  25. I'm not even going to bother debating anymore because some of you shift your opinions to suit the context of the argument and backtrack and dodge what you may have said in the past. You'd make a great politician. Hypocrites.
