  3. Thanks for the info guys... I have a friend who is living out there and I am going to crash with her for a few weekends... When do you think the snow is generaly best there.???.. I need to plan when to take time off. I think the Ducks might be after me though... they are in league with the Snaffles

  7. It could be that we use humor because we lack adequate (not having a good spelling day) emotional coping mechanisms for dealing with the brutal reality that is out there. I am sure there must be better ways to do that... or maybe not... I am having a rather introspective day today... (see first post on this thread)

  14. Its ok now. I explained to the kids and they stopped pointing and laughing. Sometimes all it takes is just a few gentle words and all is better. Now they just point and cry running home to their mommies.....
