There are at least 2 issues: a) what are permissible manufacturing techniques to insure the non-toxicity of products (we already have plenty of those but many need to be changed) and b) full product disclosure along with some rules about sugar and fat content of foods available within a given radius of public institutions like schools,hospitals, etc..
