Wow! Lots of replies!! 8) I plan on being out at the Index parking lot tomorrow morning 8:30-9:00. I have the black xterra. I know of 3 people definitely going, but more would not be bad, just pair up.

Dude, was just through there with coondog. You must check out Yamanuska (canmore area - Bow Valley Rock guide book). It looks like there are some nice 10-11 pitch walls there. The weather didn't cooperative, so we only got 1 day of climbing above Lake Louise. There's free camping at Yamanusaka but you must pay in Banff. Have fun, it is a beautiful area.

Anyone know Muir Snowfield conditions? Thinking about going boarding tomorrow. Thanks! -- oh, if anyone would like to join me, that's cool too.

FYI - Wuz just out there today. There is a new access trailhead for Little Si. The original trail is closed, but the new one is about 1/4 mile up Mt. Si road on the left. There were Park service people there redirecting folks and you can't miss the BIG blue signs directing traffic on the trail now. Have fun!

I boarded down from Muir yesterday. There were some little suncups, but you should have no problem skiing. Go for it. -Bill

Did Castle Rock on Sunday. Spectacular day! Started with (Lower CR) The Fault connecting to Catapult - (Great pitch) then to (Upper CR) Saber.
