duh, ERik bouldered all weekend on the MSB boulders! and it rained for 11minutes all weekend... sorry for the misinformation earlier! ahhhh...i'm a dumb ass... I had to be back in seattle by 5:30...we were at monroe on the way to index about 9 and it started raining, so we turned around and hauled ass up to si to stay outta the rain... No bouldering for me right now...i've been working too much and am now fat and i need some endurance RIGHT NOW...so basically did laps on stuff that i've got wired up there...it never gets wet so we knew there'd be stuff to climb...

Well...they are on my foot now...the heel is definitely better than 5.10's, but that isn't saying much...they are a slight bit softer than velcro anasazis...all in all, my money says they will climb just as well as 5.10's (and better than sportivas)... Pretty good shoe... That new 15a got sent in the laceup version, and a chick sent a 14c or d in them, so they work as well as anything on the market for overhanging limestone...
