Woke up at 4:am when boyfriend called from vegas went back to sleep woke up at 6 am when alrm went off packed car with enough gear for any number of adventures got gas drove to smith cried caled Timm@y met Timm@y and Becky they were kind enough to chill with me on this monumentous day hiked all arround smith got ass handed to me by misery ridge went to 7th street bub eat food drank beer drove back to eugene after calling katy and ben and telling them they can kick my ass next time i think i am not a climber today was the 7th aniversery of my first trip to smith my first climb my first hikd and muffy was born

pretty much the same unstructured debauchery thing but at the Grasslands in Smith and no slideshow nonsense. Usually there is a few varieties of donated beer (Terminal Gravity! Triple Bock! ) and a big fire. It's usually in mid-to-late October, and coincident scheduling with Canadian Thanksgiving (Oct 9) weekend is nice. Sometimes it rains but Oregonisms don't whine about that possibility as much as Washingtonists when it comes to picking a date Word!!!

been reading Dark Nights of the Soul by Thomas Moore and The Wisdom of Yoga by Stephen Cope so far both are good. also just read The Five DIsfuntions of a Team and Silos Polotics and Turf Wars, both by Patrick Lencioni.Very good as well although very corperate cultureish.
